Service for Cyber Scholarship

Terms and Conditions

Service for Cyber Scholarship awards must be spent on tuition, fees, books, supplies and equipment required for coursework in an eligible field of study at an accredited college or university.

Unless otherwise specified, scholarship recipients can recieve awards for a maximum of eight (8) semesters (four academic years).

To remain eligible for subsequent award payments, scholarship recipients must be enrolled full-time (12 university credit hours or the equivalent in a professional certification program) and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Prior to the release of any award payment, recipients must provide written proof of enrollment in an eligible program. Proof of enrollment must be sent directly to AZ Cyber Initiative from the institution and document the following:

  • Enrollment in the fall semester of the application year
  • Acceptance and in enrollment in ROTC or equivalent program
  • Number of credits for which student is enrolled
  • Program of study
  • Student’s current cumulative GPA

Award payments will be made by check and sent on the recipient’s behalf to the institution where they are enrolled.
